Nikka is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. She currently serves as president of the New York State Missionary and Christian Women's Auxiliary, leading more than 500 women in the ways of Christ. She has also been appointed as the assistant parliamentarian and chairlady of programming of the International Missionary & Christian Woman's Auxiliary with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Nikka completed her professional studies for a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from St. John's University and a master's degree in social work from Stony Brook University, graduating cum laude. She furthered her education with the National Christian Counselors Association, receiving her pastoral counselor licensing.
