Lynne Crawford is a passionate, multi-sector People Professional having graduated from Stirling University with a degree in Human Resource Management. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and owner of Crawford Roberts Ltd. Lynne established the business with a dream of creating a better work / life balance for herself and her family; to share her HR skills with organisations she is passionate about and to ultimately make a difference.Born and raised in Dunfermline, Scotland; Lynne lives with her husband, Fraser, their twin daughters Isla and Holly, and their rescue dog, Teddy.
