As a 43-year-old single mother of four boys, A.R. Bibeau had to develop many talents and strategies in order to survive. A multitasker and true hyperactive at heart, she managed to accomplish many things: ten years in competitive gymnastics, a black belt in Taekwondo at 40, a bachelor's degree in German studies, a master's degree in English to French translation, a post-graduate degree in college teaching and more 36-hour days than she will ever dare to admit.
