Jennifer Waterhouse is a Senior Lecturer in the Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle, Australia. She has researched, published and lectured in the areas of negotiation, human resource management and organisational change with a particular focus on the public sector. Her main area of research is in analysing networks of organisations across sectors. She is interested in how negotiation is used to forge and maintain inter-sectoral and inter-organisational collaborations to better address complex social issues.
