Hallie Jo finished writing The Promise: The Lover's Heart at the age of sixteen. She is an avid reader and loves all genres from fantasy, to suspense, to poetry. Some of her favorite authors are Francine Rivers, Frank Peretti, and Ted Dekker. She is a passionate lover of Jesus, and has plans to serve on the mission field. Her writing is heavily influenced by this calling, and she prays that this book will be the first of many used to share the gospel. She is currently a homeschooled junior in high school and plans on attending Bible College. She has always been actively involved in her church and loves spending time with friends and family.
