Ronald L. Kathren is professor emeritus in the department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Washington State University Tri-Cities, where he also served as director of the United States Transuranium and Uranium Registries. Along with countless other journal articles and books, Kathren's influential publications include "Herbert M. Parker: Publications and Other Contributions to Radiological and Health Physics" (1986) and "The Plutonium Story: The Journals of Professor Glenn T. Seaborg 1939-1946" (1994).
