Julie Darling is the founder of Growing Makerspace, LLC, and the Media Specialist/Makerspace Coordinator for Creekside Intermediate School in Dexter, MI. She built a Makerspace for kids from the ground up and has taught technology and maker activities for more than 17 years. She has a bachelor's in psychology and a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan. Julie is a Raspberry Pi certified educator and a Level 1 Google certified educator.
