Charmaine is a Queensland author of children's fiction, picture books, short stories and novels. She mostly writes crime, horror and science fiction.She has a Masters of Creative Writing and teaches literacy in high school. Charmaine is the founder and host of the annual Rainforest Writing Retreat and sometimes runs writing workshops and mentors emerging writers.
