Heather Blackmore works in finance for SF Bay Area technology startups. In a seemingly counterintuitive move, she got her MSA and CPA with the goal of one day being able to work part-time so she could write. The right and left sides of her brain have been at war ever since. Heather's first novel, Like Jazz, won Runner Up in the Rainbow Awards for Best Lesbian Contemporary Romance and Best Lesbian Debut, and Heather was a GCLS Goldie Award finalist for Best Debut Author.
