Debbie Laycock graduated from Cambridge in Classics and then worked for two years with an evangelistic youth project in London. She later trained in theology, church leadership and church planting with Ichthus Christian Fellowship where she has worked ever since. She is on the leadership team in East Greenwich, which she helped to plant over ten years ago, and also manages the Ichthus Training Programmes.
