Harleen Kaur is a word connoisseur who understands the importance of personal experience. She first traveled the world through books as a child, then across the world as a young adult. Among the many places she has visited, lived in, and left, she has been on a lifelong journey to find where she belongs. She wrote If Your Days Looked Like Mine to describe what it feels like to find no home in the places where she should have belonged, and finding a home in places where she never would have even imagined. A firm believer that a good writer is made by an even better reader, you can usually find her curled up on the couch, reading. If her nose isn't buried in her books, she is probably watching Bollywood movies and falling in love with the lead actor, enjoying a cup of chai while watching the sunset, or pretending she's performing at a concert and singing Hindi songs. Harleen can be found on Instagram and Twitter, @harleennigah.
