MARY TREGELLAS acquired a garden with a prolific greengage plum tree some twelve years ago, and since then she has been quietly honing her preserving skills in her small kitchen in southwest London. She is the author of the Homemade Preserves & Jams, and she produces artisan-made preserves for friends and family (and other loyal customers), and sells her produce at local fairs.
