Terry Molloy is a prolific British actor who has worked continuously on radio, TV, film, and stage, over the past nearly fifty years. In 1973 he joined the cast of BBC Radio 4's The Archers as Mike Tucker, originally for five weeks. Forty-four years later, and Terry is still a regular in Ambridge! He is perhaps best known on the small screen to Doctor Who fans as Davros, creator of the Daleks, playing the Doctor's nemesis in the classic series on TV from 1984 to 1988, and continuing to voice the character today in Doctor Who audio plays by Big Finish Productions. When not travelling the world working, with his long-suffering teddy bear, Monty as his companion, Terry enjoys the quiet life, walking his dogs on the beaches of rural Norfolk. About Monty Monty is a bear of inestimable worth and wisdom for the memories and stories of his life that he can tell. Born at the Ironbridge Works of the Coalbrookdale Company in Shropshire in the 1930s he is a Merrythought Bear through and through. From his rumbustious childhood, through his days of disability and darkness, his restoration and subsequent renaissance as a world-travelling jet-setter and party animal, he has always maintained his 'glass half full' approach to life with a twinkling eye and a soft growl. He truly has a 'Ginormous' heart.
