Before retirement, Dennis Ostapyk's day job was in the field of accounting. His hobbies include writing, playing guitar, singing, and composing music. Dennis has authored four previous books: Is It Friday Already?, Daniel the Singing Scarecrow, Chester the Runaway Sock, and If Spiders Wore Shoes.Dennis was born in Ottawa, Ontario and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He and his wonderful wife Linda live in Victoria Beach, Manitoba.
