Elizabeth Hudson was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After a few moves, her family settled in Calgary when she was 13. She has published articles and poetry in numerous publications such as Maclean's Magazine, Other Voices and Tower Poetry. Hudson's two sons both graduated from University and Elizabeth now lives in the deep suburbs with her husband, three dogs and cat.
