Gary Stein's full-length collection, Touring the Shadow Factory (2019) won the Brick Road Poetry Press' national competition. His poems have appeared in many well-known publications including: Poetry, Prairie Schooner, The Atlanta Review, Penn Review, Poet Lore, JAMA as well as in several anthologies.
