is pastor emeritus of the historic Olivet Institutional Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his BA from Morehouse College, an MDiv from Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), and his DMin from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Otis Moss, Jr. served as co-pastor under the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Sr. at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
