Mr. Chen intended to deliver God's word via electronic media, first in English and later in Mandarin Chinese, to reach the maximum number of readers. His research interest is in United States foreign policy. Mr. Chen was the founder of the Golden Harvest Investment Services, a member of NASD and SIPC. He was qualified by the NASD as a General Securities Principal and Financial and Operations Principal. Before his financial career, he was a Staff Engineer at IBM located in Poughkeepsie, New York. Subsequently, he joined the IBM North Western Regional Head Quarter as a member of the Technical Staff at San Francisco, California. Mr. Chen is a proud graduate of Hillcrest High School in Queens, New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB), a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University as well as a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Chen lives in Rowland Heights, California with his family.
