Kenneth M. Cable is an American author who presently lives in Spartinburg, South Carolina, with his wife of fifteen years, DeLynne T. Cable. He has three adult children, whose families are his pride and joy, and a fish named Phoenix. Ken currently works as an insurance agent but has been a master barber, has worked in the oil fields of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and has worked in several nursing facilities as a CNA. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in three deployments to the Persian Gulf, including Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He enjoys University of Tennessee football, carving figures from hardwoods, and volunteering. He has been an active member of his church for over fifteen years.
