Frank Shivers received his Master of Theology Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. As a nineteen-year-old pastor he was called into vocational evangelism, a work that now 50 years later is continued through revivals, harvest days, camps, writing and soulwinning. He serves as Vice-President of the Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists (COSBE) and is the author of 32 books. Frank and his wife, Mary, live in Columbia, South Carolina.
