Esther Lee received her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Indiana University and served as Editor-in-Chief for Indiana Review. Her chapbook Blank Missives was published by Trafficker Press in 2007. Her poems and articles have appeared in Ploughshares, Verse Daily, Salt Hill, Good Foot, Born Magazine, Swink, and elsewhere. A former Kundiman fellow, she is currently living in Salt Lake City and pursuing her Ph.D. in Creative Writing at the University of Utah. SPIT (Elixir Press, 2011) is her first book.
