Professor Gang Wang is Head of the Institute of Materials, in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, at Shanghai University in China. He holds a PhD from the Harbin Institute of Technology in China, and has held positions at the Chinese Academic of Sciences, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research in Germany. He has published over 150 papers in the field.
