Richard Frost is a Reader in the Church of England and an Oblate (a 'third order', lay member) of the Anglican Benedictine Community at Alton Abbey in Hampshire. He works in the NHS initiative Mindful Employer, supporting people with mental health problems to stay in work. He has previously written for CPAS, CWR and Scripture Union. Richard's wife is a Curate on the Totnes Team Ministry in Devon and they have two grown-up children.
