Melanie Hobus is a full time cosmetologist, wife, and mom. Even though hair and makeup are her passion, she has always loved the written word. Once Melanie and her husband became parents, they sought to teach their daughter as much as they could. Potty training was a pivotal teaching moment for the whole family. The words started flowing one night while trying to help their daughter Raegan use the potty. Inspired, Melanie put her words to paper, thinking her story could help other toddlers and their parents reach this milestone, just as it helped Raegan. Melanie's artistic sister Sarah created custom paintings for Raegan's nursery, and Melanie knew Sarah's talent would bring the book to life. Melanie and Sarah are very close, so to have created this book together is a gift beyond measure.
