Ali Sanders, a school librarian, lives in Stoke with her husband, Michael, their son, Jacob, and their Devon Rex cat, Teddy. After Jacob was born, Ali had postnatal depression, which, combined with the sleep obsession brought on by her OCD, which led to a breakdown. Now recovered, she writes about her experiences and is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness.
