Vicki has a historical connection to the game in that her grand-father was a pitcher in the Texas League. John is a former college baseball umpire. As he likes to say......"it's the best seat in the house!" Their introduction to the Minor Leagues occurred in San Jose, CA, home of the San Jose Giants, Advanced-A(TM) affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.
