Jeff Shaw served as a police officer for twenty-four years in South Florida and began his memoir, "Who I Am: The Man Behind the Badge," soon after retiring. He is the award-winning and bestselling author of "Lieutenant Trufant," the first book in his Bloodline trilogy, followed by "LeAnn and the Clean Man" and now "Broken." He has also written numerous short stories and in the last stages of publishing his science fiction thriller, "Echo Six."Now a full-time writer and resident of North Georgia, Jeff is a member of the Atlanta Writers Club, The Blue Ridge Poets and Writers, and Sisters in Crime. He and his wife Susan live in the north Georgia mountains.
