With a career focused on helping abused children and their families, Meade brings warmth and wisdom to his storytelling. Inspired by his grandson Ryder, who communicates through a tablet, Meade champions diversity and inclusion. He shares his love for music by playing with his friends in Mali, West Africa. Things Come Together, the album he did with Moise Sagara, was selected as one of the 100 best recordings of 2023 by musicologist Ted Gioia.
