His solutions encompass a range of technologies and disciplines, including PowerShell, .NET, Event Receivers, CAML, SQL, XSLT, XML, XPath, Web Services, C#, InfoPath, Workflows, SharePoint Designer but more importantly real world solutions to Document Management, Records Management, Migration to SharePoint, Upgrades, Content Management, Business Processes, Records Management, Search, Enterprise Taxonomy using Managed metadata Services, Content Syndication, and Portals.
