Dr Anna Rowley is a globally recognized expert in the field of resilience research and performance. She is the founder of Rowley Associates, Inc., a consulting firm working exclusively with Microsoft and specializing in psychological techniques that help managers to develop leadership skills. She is a trained psychologist and has written for scientific publications such as The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry and The British Medical Journal as well as general publications such as the Observer. Since 1996 she has consulted exclusively to Microsoft in North America, Europe, and Asia.
