Shelley's passion for animals, family, fitness, and travel are only matched by the great pleasure she takes in storytelling. Shelley has been a guest on Oprah, featured in People Magazine and Dateline NBC among many others. Shelley has worked as a professional videographer and video producer with Dick Clark Productions; taught drama and movie making to children in the San Francisco Bay Area; managed a nonprofit animal shelter, and was the founder and director of the Animal Film Festival. She has authored and co-authored five nonfiction books.
