Lee Miles is Professor of Political Science at Karlstad University, Sweden and Professor of International Relations at Loughborough University, UK. He also holds Honorary Professorships, in Scandinavian Studies at University College, London,UK, and in International Relations at Lancaster University, UK. He is a leading expert on Scandinavian politics and especially Nordic policies towards the European Union, with more than 75 publications in the field. He is a regular commentator on TV and radio on Nordic politics, and acts as advisor to ministries in the British and Nordic governments.
