Donna is a member of ETPPF (East Texas Professional Photographers), TPPA (Texas Professional Photographers Association), Certified member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) Distinguished alumni of University of Texas at Tyler Bachelor of Arts in Applied Science in 2003 from UT Tyler Won Kodak Award of Excellence in 2007, as well as "best wedding image" and "judges choice" on "Daddy's Girl" a wedding image submitted to annual competition at southwest PPA.

Donna feels that her job as a photographer is that of a memory keeper and hopes that her images evoke happy memories of beautiful moments.
Donna Cummings Photography was started in 2003 in Jacksonville after raising her five children and returning to college and graduating from UT Tyler.
She first started photographing brides and weddings, but then, as her brides began having babies and growing their families, her studio expanded into a full service portrait studio.
Donna Cummings Photography moved to tyler in and built a beautiful new studio space.
