F. Lee. Graduating from the Ringling College of Art and Design, F.Lee studied comics and graphic novels under veteran Wolverine artist George Pratt. His first webcomic 'Wolf Wears Wool' already has a cult following via his blog. Now F. Lee brings the vision of 'Justice Is Nocturnal' to NPS.
