Graham Mercer spent 34 years teaching at the International School of Tanganyika, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. During this time he went on many safaris. He has won the BBC Wildlife Award for Nature Writing, published 15 books and many articles on Tanzania's National Parks and other tourist attractions.
