Frank Regan was born on Nantucket to Irish Immigrants. He served in the Navy rising to a lieutenant and attended Boston University on the GI Bill. He was a phys. ed. teacher, winning basketball coach, and moonlighted as a basketball official. After teaching for some years and getting his M.Ed. he became a guidance counselor. Interests: family, neighborhood advocacy, American Legion, Boston sports teams, sampling beer.
