WANDA JANKOWSKI is well-known to many in the interior design and architecture fields. She has been Editor-in-Chief of ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING magazine, a Miller-Freeman Publication, since 1989. She authored her second book, DESIGNING WITH LIGHT-RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS, published by PBC International, Inc., in 1992. From 1987-1989, she was Editor of DESIGNERS' KITCHENS & BATHS magazine. In 1987, she authored her first book, THE BEST OF LIGHTING DESIGN, also published by PBC International, Inc. From 1980 to 1985, she was Editor-in-Chief of LIGHTING DESIGN + APPLICATION magazine and the JOURNAL OF IES, both publications of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. Prior to that she held various editorial positions with the Society and served as Staff Coordinator for the International Illumination Design Awards Program. Ms. Jankowski holds a BA from St. Joseph's College and an MA degree from St. John's University. She has also authored articles for magazines and newspapers on a variety of design subjects.
