I am a lecturer in counselling and spiritual direction, as well as being a spiritual director. I am a companion of Northumbria Community Brisbane, a mother and grandmother, and have written several books that explore spirituality, often integrating spirituality and psychology. I also teach in Asia regularly and am part of Servants to Asia's Urban Poor.
