Carla was born in Leicestershire, England and currently resides in South Wales, UK with her understanding partner, genius son and naughty Jack Russell - Lilly. She can be found on mountain tops, contemplating life, or sitting on a weather-beaten log at the beach, scribbling a novel. Carla studied creative writing, screenplays, and writing for the radio with "The Writers Bureau" in 2012. She has been penning stories ever since. One Leg Out is her second published novel. Carla writes a satirical and soulful, weekly column - Carla's Corner, for the website: Mistress of The Menopause, an online support group for women going through The Change.
