Bryan Borland is the author of two previous collections of poetry, My Life as Adam (Sibling Rivalry Press, 2010) and Less Fortunate Pirates: Poems from the First Year Without My Father (Sibling Rivalry Press, 2012). The American Library Association has honored him as both poet (My Life as Adam) and editor (Lady Business: A Celebration of Lesbian Poetry and Joy Exhaustible: Assaracus Presents The Publishers) through inclusion on its "Over the Rainbow" List of Recommended Reading.
