This is Igor Martek's third novel. The idea of living a sequence of lives emerged from numerous job postings around the globe. Everyplace was different and though my soul was the same, I found myself transformed by every new experience. Igor's first two novels, Dreaming on an Arabian Carpet, and When Spring Comes Around, set in the Middle East and Japan, were first conceived as part of this book, but ultimately published in their own right.
