ELIZABETH LYSTER, with over 15 years experience as an OB/GYN and a gynecologist, Doctor Liz helps women balance hormones, reach and maintain a healthy weight, and regain wellness in their lives. She graduated with honors from Cornell University, completed medical school at the University of California at Irvine, and earned her Master of Public Health degree at UCLA in Health Education.
