Andrew Humphreys was born in Sydney, Australia, where he currently resides. He was educated at Sydney University, where he studied Arts and Law, and has worked as a magazine writer, editor and publisher for the last seven years. He is currently the Publisher of Rolling Stone Australia and several other titles and contributes book reviews to The Bulletin. He is 30 years-old. The Weight of the Sun is his first novel.
