Alan Hill is the 4th Poet Laureate of the City of New Westminster and President of the Royal City Literary Arts Society. Alan is the Past President of the Royal City Literary Arts Society He has published four collections of poetry in addition to being published in over forty literary magazines and periodicals across Europe and North America.
