Preston Grassmann is Contributing Editor at Locus Magazine and editor of The Unquiet Dreamer: A tribute to Harlan Ellison. His most recent work has been published in Nature Magazine, Futures 2 (Tor), Mythic Delirium, and AE: Canadian Science Fiction. He currently blogs for Nature Magazine and writes a regular feature for Locus he calls "The Cosmic Village". He was born in California and educated at U.C. Berkeley, where he lived on the same block as Philip K. Dick. He now lives in Japan.
