Anthony Haywood was born in Leeds, in the UK. He has worked in the medical field for over 30 years and is currently a researcher looking for new medicines. He currently lives in North Carolina, where he enjoys hiking and travelling. Anthony lives with his wife, Laura, who is a talented Life Coach, and has a second role as editor, researcher and adviser. One of his passions in life is working to find homes for retired racing greyhounds and, in fact, has two of his own named Belle and Ginger. He can regularly be seen standing outside pet stores, with the local Greyhound adoption group, doing meet and greets with the dogs. Anthony is also car enthusiast and is currently working on the restoration of a red 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. Anthony has been writing for a number of years and has recently made the decision to publish some his work. Anthony has published a novel, entitled 'Evolution', as well as a book of short stories entitled 'Dark Shadows'. Anthony is also working on a new novel entitled Seaboard Springs.
