Billy Cole was born in upstate NY. After graduating from SUNY Morrisville with an associates degree in Music Instrument Technology, he embarked on a long successful career in woodwind and brass repair, spanning nearly a half of a century. Along the way, Billy never took his success for granted. He always looked for ways to give back to those less fortunate. Inspired by the power of music, Billy recently formed a non-profit, Horns For Haiti, Inc. that provides musical instruments to the mountainous villages of Haiti, while he personally teaches young Haitians how to repair them. Billy lives with his wife in upstate New York, where you'll find him and his son Billy behind their workbenches every day keeping the music industry and life...in tune.
