International Master and three-time champion of Bulgaria Nikolay Minev is well-known for his books and articles on tactics. He also authored the popular A Practical Guide to Rook Endings, as well as, with John Donaldson, The Life & Games of Akiva Rubinstein, Volume 1: Uncrowned King.
