Jennifer was born in Italy but raised in the USA where she currently resides having also made it her home. A journalist by profession, she gets to travel a lot in the line of duty thereby allowing her to consistently quench her ever-growing curiosity about life, culture, and diversity. Jennifer also certainly knows her way around the kitchen thanks to her Italian roots, and got to refine and fine tune her art while raising her three children as a single mother. Her passion for the culinary arts only grew over time the more she was exposed to different people, recipes, and traditions. Jennifer is a survival expert in more ways than one with leanings towards diet and healthy living. A strong believer in what a good, balanced meal can do in promoting wellness as well as weight loss, she resorted to optimizing on her creativity, experience, and lessons learnt over the years in order to help people and especially women rediscover their confidence and achieve their weight goals through proper diet. True to the saying you are what you eat, Jennifer endeavors to provide options, tips, and guidelines to beginning the transformational journey. Her mission is to empower women that it is all possible, they just have to put their minds to it and work towards change. Jennifer's book titled The Mediterranean Diet is the first of the many she is determined to write.
