Dr Charles Margerison is a Psychologist and a member of the Royal Institution and the Royal Society of Literature. He is a member of the Association for the Teaching of Psychology. He is also Chairman of Viewpoint Resources Ltd, a publishing organisation, and the founder and President of Amazing People Worldwide(R) and The Amazing People Institute. He was a co-founder of Emerald Insights, the management journal publishing company. Previously, he was Professor of Management at the University of Cranfield, UK, and also at the University of Queensland, Australia. He is the co-founder of Team Management Systems.
